• *About the Role**

Rytsense Technologies is looking for an SEO, AEO \& GEO Specialist to improve our brand's visibility across traditional search engines and emerging AI\-powered search platforms. The ideal candidate should understand how to drive organic traffic, improve search rankings, and make brands discoverable through AI\-generated answers.

• *Key Responsibilities**

• *SEO (Search Engine Optimization)**

• Develop and execute on\-page, off\-page, and technical SEO strategies.
• Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis.
• Optimize website pages, blogs, and landing pages.
• Improve organic traffic, keyword rankings, and domain authority.
• Manage technical SEO, backlinks, and website audits.

• *AEO (Answer Engine Optimization)**

• Optimize content for featured snippets, People Also Ask, and direct answers.
• Structure content for conversational and question\-based searches.
• Implement schema markup and structured data.
• Improve brand visibility across answer engines.

• *GEO (Generative Engine Optimization)**

• Improve brand visibility across ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, and Google AI Overviews.
• Develop strategies to increase brand mentions and citations in AI\-generated responses.
• Build topical authority through high\-quality, authoritative content.
• Monitor AI search visibility and competitor presence.

• *Analytics \& Reporting**

• Track performance using Google Analytics 4 and Google Search Console.
• Monitor keyword rankings, organic traffic, conversions, and AI visibility.
• Prepare performance reports and recommend improvements.

Required Skills

• 2–4 years of hands\-on SEO experience.
• Practical understanding of AEO and GEO.
• Experience with Ahrefs, SEMrush, Google Analytics, and Search Console.
• Knowledge of technical SEO, schema markup, and content optimization.
• Strong keyword research and competitor analysis skills.
• Understanding of AI\-powered search platforms.
• Good analytical and communication skills.

Good to Have

• Experience in B2B, SaaS, or IT services SEO.
• Experience targeting international markets, especially the US.
• Knowledge of semantic SEO, topical authority, and entity optimization.
