Sr. Service Engineer

Job description

We are a leading Paper Packaging and Converting machine manufacturer company, looking for an experienced service Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience Service and should be experience capital equipment sales preferably from Paper printing and Packaging industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform service, repair, and maintenance of plant \& machinery.
• Carry out erection \& commissioning of industrial equipment at project sites.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting to clients.
• Ensure preventive maintenance and equipment reliability.
• Prepare service reports and maintain documentation.
• Coordinate with internal teams for spare parts, warranty, and service issues.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in service capital equipment preferably from Paper printing and Packaging industry Strong communication and interpersonal skills Proven track record of meeting or exceeding.
