Sr. Site Supervisor – Interior & Furnishing

• *Role overview:**

We are a government\-empaneled civil contracting firm operating pan\-India across construction, renovation, interior, and furnishing projects. We are hiring a seasoned Senior Site Supervisor to lead on\-site execution, measurements, rate analysis, and client billing for interior and furnishing works.

• *Key responsibilities:**

• Conduct detailed metric measurements of completed and ongoing work at site.
• Perform rate analysis for interior and furnishing items as per project specifications.
• Prepare and submit client bills, RA bills, and measurement books accurately and on time.Supervise daily site activities; ensure quality, timeline adherence, and coordination with contractors and labour.
• Maintain records, prepare progress reports, and manage data using MS Excel.
• Liaise with clients, engineers, and government officials for site approvals and queries.
• Travel to project sites across India as and when required.

• *Required skills \& qualifications:**

• Proven experience in civil site supervision, specifically in interior and furnishing works.
• Hands\-on knowledge of rate analysis, BOQ preparation, and metric measurement systems.
• Proficiency in MS Excel — bill preparation, quantity statements, and MIS reports.
• Experience in government contracts and billing formats is a strong advantage.
• Good written and verbal communication skills; ability to interact with clients and officials.
• Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent practical experience.

• *Location \& travel:**

Candidate must currently reside in Mumbai suburbs — anywhere in the Virar to Mira Road corridor (Western line).Must be open and willing to travel to project sites across India on assignment.

Pay: ₹15,000\.00 \- ₹49,195\.29 per month
