Job Description
- Build and own the overall social media strategy across Instagram, Facebook, YouTube and emerging platforms.
- Plan, schedule and oversee the content calendar — reels, posts, stories and campaigns aligned with the travel season.
- Lead and mentor a small team of content creators, editors and designers; review work and maintain quality.
- Plan, launch and optimise Meta Ads (Facebook \& Instagram) campaigns to drive enquiries and bookings within budget.
- Manage and strengthen the CareMyTrip brand voice, look and tone across all channels.
- Track performance — reach, engagement, leads, CPL and ROAS — and report insights with clear recommendations.
- Collaborate with the sales team so social content and ads convert into real travel bookings.
- Stay ahead of trends, formats, algorithm changes and competitor activity in the travel space.
Engage with the community — comments, DMs and reviews — to build trust and loyalty.- 3–4 years of experience managing social media for brands or agencies.
- Proven experience in social media strategy and content planning.
- Hands\-on expertise in Meta Ads / Business Manager (must\-have).
- Experience leading or coordinating a creative team.
- Strong understanding of brand handling, voice and positioning.
- Solid grasp of analytics, reporting and performance metrics.
- Excellent communication, organisation and creative\-direction skills.
- Graduate in Marketing, Mass Communication, Media or a related field preferred.

- Experience in the travel, tourism or hospitality industry.
- Working knowledge of Google Ads, SEO or influencer marketing.
- Basic hands\-on skills in design or video tools (Canva, Photoshop, Premiere).
