• *Role Description**

This is a full\-time remote role for a US IT Technical Recruiter with successful history of making public sector closures . The Technical Recruiter will be responsible for full\-lifecycle recruiting, hiring, and technical recruiting. The Technical Recruiter will also be responsible for communication and maintaining relationships with candidates.

• *Qualifications**

• Full\-life cycle recruiting and Technical Recruiting skills
• Ability to effectively communicate with candidates (and their employers if required)
• Experience in hiring and staffing
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Experience in the software industry is a plus

• *Must have a consistent track record of making 6\+ closures in a year.**

Must be able expert in rate negotiation

Experience working on US EST time zone.
