Sr. US IT Recruiter

Job Title: US IT Recruiter – Implementation Partner (Full\-Time) Location: Indore (Onsite) Shift: US Shift (Night Shift) Experience: 4–6 Years

Job Summary We are looking for an experienced US IT Recruiter with strong expertise in working with Implementation Partners and Tier\-1 Vendors. The candidate will be responsible for end\-to\-end recruitment for US IT requirements, focusing on C2C, W2, and 1099 hiring.

Key Responsibilities Work on US IT requirements received from Implementation Partners and Tier\-1 Vendors. Source candidates through Dice, LinkedIn, Monster, CareerBuilder, and internal databases. Screen candidates for technical skills, communication, visa status, and availability. Submit qualified candidates within client timelines. Coordinate interviews and follow up for feedback. Negotiate rates and close candidates. Maintain ATS records (Ceipal, JobDiva, Bullhorn, etc.). Build and maintain strong vendor and consultant relationships. Required Skills 4–6 years of US IT Recruitment experience. Strong experience with Implementation Partners/Tier\-1 Vendors. Good knowledge of W2, C2C, 1099, H1B, GC, USC, OPT. Hands\-on experience with Dice, LinkedIn Recruiter, and ATS tools. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work in a target\-driven environment. Qualification Bachelor's Degree (Any Discipline). Prior US Staffing experience preferred
