Handle end\-to\-end US IT recruitment process including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
Utilize job portals such as Dice, Monster, LinkedIn, CareerBuilder, and internal ATS systems. **Conduct initial screenings and coordinate interview scheduling and follow\-ups.**
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates.
Understand and work with various tax terms such as W2, 1099, and C2C
Manage and update candidate records in ATS and ensure all documentation is accurate.
Facilitate smooth onboarding process and post\-placement follow\-ups.
Meet daily/weekly/monthly recruitment goals and client SLAs.
