Job Summary
The Warehouse Executive will be responsible for managing the day\-to\-day warehouse operations, including inventory management, material inward and outward, stock accuracy, dispatch coordination, documentation, and maintaining warehouse discipline. The role ensures timely availability of raw materials and accurate dispatch of finished goods while following company processes and quality standards.
Key ResponsibilitiesInventory Management
- Maintain accurate records of raw materials, packaging materials, semi\-finished goods, and finished goods.
- Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly stock verification.
- Monitor stock levels and report shortages or excess inventory.
- Ensure FIFO (First In First Out) and FEFO (First Expiry First Out) practices where applicable.
Material Inward
- Receive incoming materials from suppliers.
- Verify quantity, quality, and documentation against purchase orders.
- Coordinate with Quality and Purchase departments for inspection and approvals.
- Prepare and maintain Goods Receipt Notes (GRN).
Material Outward \& Dispatch
- Prepare materials for production as per requisitions.
- Coordinate dispatches to customers, distributors, Amazon, Flipkart, and other marketplaces.
- Generate dispatch documents including invoices, e\-way bills, delivery challans, and transport documents.
- Ensure accurate picking, packing, and shipment of goods.
Warehouse Operations
- Organize and maintain warehouse storage locations.
- Ensure proper labeling and identification of materials.
- Maintain cleanliness, safety, and 5S standards in the warehouse.
- Prevent stock damage, pilferage, and material loss.
Documentation \& Reporting
- Maintain stock registers and ERP records.
- Prepare daily stock, inward, outward, and dispatch reports.
- Track inventory movements and reconcile discrepancies.
- Support internal and external audits.
Team Coordination
- Coordinate with Production, Purchase, Accounts, Sales, and Quality departments.
- Supervise warehouse helpers and loading/unloading staff.
- Ensure timely material availability for production schedules.

Qualification
- Graduate in any discipline preferred.
- Diploma in Supply Chain, Logistics, or Warehouse Management is an added advantage.
Experience
- 2–5 years of experience in warehouse operations, inventory management, or logistics.
- Experience in manufacturing industries preferred.
- Experience handling Amazon, Flipkart, and e\-commerce dispatches will be an advantage.

Pay: ₹18,000\.00 \- ₹22,000\.00 per month
