Station Producer Cum Operation Manager

• *Key Responsibilities:**

• Manage daily radio station operations, scheduling, and broadcast activities.
• Oversee recording, editing, and quality control of programs before airing.
• Produce radio jingles, advertisements, promos, and other audio content.
• Ensure smooth functioning of studio equipment, broadcast systems, and software.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and coordinate preventive maintenance.
• Lead programming, content development, and station branding initiatives.
• Train and mentor RJs, interns, and production staff on technical and creative aspects.
• Ensure compliance with broadcast standards and operational guidelines.

Pay: ₹10,000\.00 \- ₹40,000\.00 per month
