*Job Summary**

We are looking for a detail\-oriented and organized **Stock Management \& Back Office Executive** to manage inventory records, maintain stock accuracy, and handle day\-to\-day back\-office operations.

*Key Responsibilities**

Maintain and update stock and inventory records.
Monitor stock levels and prepare stock reports.
Coordinate with teams for Day to Day activity.
Handle back\-office administrative tasks and record management.

*Required Skills \& Qualifications**

Graduate or 12th Pass
Proficiency in **Microsoft Excel**
Familiarity with inventory management software, ERP systems, or accounting software is preferred.
Good analytical and organizational skills.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

2–3 years of experience in stock management, inventory control, or back\-office operations preferred.
