Storage Architect/Designer

• *Role Summary:**

The **Principal Architect (Storage Consultant)** will have deep expertise in **Dell Hyper\-Converged (VxRail\-centric) environments,** Dell primary storage platforms and NetApp ecosystems, combined with strong **enterprise advisory and roadmap definition capabilities**. This role will be client\-facing and strategic in nature. The architect will engage with senior customer stakeholders to assess current storage maturity, define future\-state architecture and develop a multi\-year storage modernization roadmap aligned to performance, resiliency, regulatory, cyber\-resilience and cost objectives. This is not an operations role. It is a **strategy\-led architecture and advisory position**.

• *Required Experience**

· 15 to 18 (or more) years in enterprise storage architecture.

· Proven architect\-level experience in \-

o **Dell Hyper\-Converged (VxRail mandatory)**

o Dell primary storage platforms

o NetApp ONTAP environments

· Strong advisory experience defining storage strategies for large enterprises (BFSI preferred).

· Experience designing hybrid and cloud\-integrated storage solutions.

· Deep understanding of \-

o SAN / NAS / Object storage

o Replication and multi\-site DR

o Cyber\-resilience and ransomware protection

o Capacity modeling and cost optimization

· Experience producing executive\-ready architecture documentation.

• *Preferred Qualifications**

· Dell Technologies Proven Professional (Expert / Master preferred)

· NetApp NCIE / NCDA

· Commvault certification

· VMware VCP / VCAP

· Exposure to automation (PowerShell / Ansible)

· Experience in regulated environments (Banking / Financial Services strongly preferred)

Pay: From ₹200,000\.00 per month
