Store Executive

SP DESIGN DEVELOPERS LLP is seeking an experienced and responsible **Store Person** with knowledge of civil construction materials and site store operations. The ideal candidate will manage material receipts, storage, issuance, and stock records efficiently while coordinating with site engineers and purchase departments.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain proper records of inward and outward material entries
• Check and verify materials received as per purchase orders and delivery challans
• Issue materials to site teams as per approved material requisition
• Maintain daily stock register (manual or Excel\-based)
• Monitor stock levels and inform purchase department for reordering
• Ensure proper stacking and storage of cement, steel, electrical, plumbing, and finishing materials
• Conduct periodic stock verification and reconciliation
• Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in the store area
• Coordinate with vendors, purchase team, and site engineers

Requirements

• Minimum 1\-5 years experience as Store Keeper/Store Person in civil construction
• Good knowledge of construction materials (cement, steel, aggregates, tiles, plumbing, electrical items, etc.)
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel \& documentation
• Understanding of purchase documentation (PO, invoice, delivery challan)
• Good organizational and record\-keeping skills
• Honest, disciplined, and responsible

Preferred Skills (Optional)

• Experience in ERP / Tally for stock entry
• Knowledge of material reconciliation
• Ability to handle multiple site material coordination
