Job Description

Sandwizza is looking for a responsible and detail\-oriented Store In\-Charge to manage inventory, stock movement, and daily store operations at its café/food service outlets in Pune.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily store and inventory operations.
• Maintain accurate records of stock received, issued, and available.
• Monitor stock levels of food ingredients, beverages, packaging materials, and other supplies.
• Conduct regular physical stock checks and inventory audits.
• Check expiry dates and follow FIFO (First In, First Out) procedures.
• Coordinate with kitchen staff, outlet managers, and suppliers.
• Prepare purchase requests and ensure timely availability of materials.
• Minimize stock wastage, shortages, and discrepancies.
• Maintain proper storage, cleanliness, and hygiene standards.
• Prepare daily and monthly stock reports.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Previous experience in storekeeping, inventory management, or store operations is preferred.
• Experience in the café, restaurant, QSR, or food industry will be an advantage.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and inventory records.
• Good communication, organizational, and coordination skills.
• Ability to manage stock accurately and work in a fast\-paced environment.
