Job Description

We are seeking a reliable and detail\-oriented Storekeeper to manage materials, tools, and inventory at our real estate project site. The ideal candidate will ensure proper storage, record\-keeping, and timely availability of construction materials to support smooth project execution.

*Key Responsibilities:**

Maintain accurate records of all incoming and outgoing materials.
Receive, inspect, and verify deliveries against purchase orders and invoices.
Ensure proper storage and handling of construction materials to prevent damage or loss.
Issue materials to site engineers, supervisors, and workers as per requirement.
Monitor stock levels and report shortages or discrepancies.
Conduct regular physical stock verification and reconcile with records.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store area.
Coordinate with procurement and site teams for material requirements.
Ensure compliance with safety standards and company procedures.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports.

*Requirements:**

Proven experience as a storekeeper, preferably in construction or real estate projects.
Knowledge of inventory management practices and basic accounting.
Familiarity with construction materials, tools, and equipment.
Basic computer skills (MS Excel, inventory software preferred).
Strong organizational and record\-keeping skills.
Ability to work on\-site and coordinate with multiple teams.
Attention to detail and problem\-solving skills.
