Store Manager

• *Job Summary**

We are seeking an experienced and result\-oriented Store Manager to oversee the daily operations of our store. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing inventory, supervising staff, ensuring excellent customer service, maintaining operational efficiency, and achieving sales targets. The Store Manager will play a key role in driving business growth while maintaining company standards and customer satisfaction.

• *Key Responsibilities**

• Manage and oversee day\-to\-day store operations.
• Ensure smooth store functioning, including opening and closing procedures.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate stock replenishment activities.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular stock audits.
• Supervise, train, and motivate store staff to achieve performance goals.
• Develop staff schedules and manage attendance and productivity.
• Ensure high standards of customer service and promptly resolve customer concerns.
• Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to achieve revenue targets.
• Maintain store cleanliness, safety, and visual merchandising standards.
• Coordinate with procurement, warehouse, and logistics teams for inventory management.
• Generate and analyze sales, inventory, and operational reports.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Manage store expenses and optimize operational costs.
• Handle vendor relationships and coordinate deliveries when required.

• *Required Qualifications**

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, Operations Management, or a related field.
• 3–7 years of experience in retail, inventory, warehouse, or store management.
• Proven experience in managing teams and store operations.
• Strong understanding of inventory control and stock management processes.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and inventory management software/ERP systems.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem\-solving abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast\-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.

Pay: ₹30,000\.00 \- ₹40,000\.00 per month
