Position Overview
Olkap is seeking an experienced and customer\-focused Store Manager to lead the operations of its flagship store in Pune. The ideal candidate will possess strong sales leadership, customer relationship management, and retail operations expertise. This role is responsible for driving store performance, ensuring exceptional customer experiences, and maintaining the brand's premium standards.
Key Responsibilities
Sales \& Business Development
- Drive store sales and achieve monthly and annual revenue targets.
- Implement effective merchandising and promotional strategies to maximize sales.
- Analyze sales performance and market trends to support business growth.
- Build strong relationships with customers and generate repeat business.
Customer Experience
- Deliver a premium and personalized shopping experience.
- Address customer queries, concerns, and feedback professionally.
- Ensure the store environment reflects Olkap's luxury brand image.
Inventory Management
- Monitor stock levels and ensure product availability.
- Coordinate inventory replenishment and stock audits.
- Implement loss prevention and inventory control measures.
Store Operations
- Oversee daily store operations, including cash handling and store administration.
- Manage staff scheduling and ensure operational efficiency.
- Maintain store cleanliness, visual merchandising standards, and compliance with company policies.
- Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, Marketing, or a related field.
- 3–8 years of experience in retail sales and store management, preferably in luxury retail, home décor, interiors, or lifestyle products.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
- Strong sales orientation with a proven track record of achieving targets.
- Proficiency in retail management software and MS Office applications.
- Leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.
