● Bachelor’s Degree
Total 5\+ years of retail experience in the fashion industry, min 2 years of experience as a store manager or assistant store manager handled a team of 5\+ people.
● Expert in Microsoft office.
● Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and exceeding customer expectations.
● Exceptional customer service orientation with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
● Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities and ensure smooth and efficient store operations.
● Strong team leadership skills to lead and inspire a team.
● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective team interaction and conflict resolution.
● Strong analytical and problem\-solving skills to analyze data, identify trends, and make informed decisions.
● Proficiency in store operations, including visual merchandising, stock management.
