Key Responsibilities
Manage day\-to\-day store operations efficiently
Supervise and guide sales staff to ensure smooth functioning of the store
Deliver an excellent customer experience and maintain high service standards
Monitor inventory, stock movement, and product displays
Handle billing, cash management, and daily sales reporting
Ensure store cleanliness, organization, and visual merchandising standards
Coordinate with management regarding operational requirements
Maintain discipline, professionalism, and teamwork within the store
Requirements
Previous experience in retail store management preferred
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent communication and customer service abilities
Basic computer and billing system knowledge
Good organizational and problem\-solving skills
Ability to work in a fast\-paced retail environment
Experience in fashion, apparel, or boutique retail is an advantage
