Takoramart is looking for an experienced **Store Manager** to manage our Hypermarket operations. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of FMCG products, inventory management, warehouse operations, and e\-commerce fulfilment. The role requires ensuring smooth store operations, maintaining stock availability, managing staff, and supporting online order operations.
· Manage the day\-to\-day operations of the hypermarket.
· Oversee all FMCG departments and ensure product availability.
· Monitor sales, stock levels, and store performance.
· Ensure proper merchandising, pricing, and display of products.
· Manage inventory, stock receiving, stock transfers, and stock audits.
· Ensure proper FIFO/FEFO stock rotation practices.
· Coordinate with warehouse and procurement teams for stock replenishment.
· Supervise e\-commerce order picking, packing, and dispatch.
· Lead, train, and monitor store and warehouse staff.
· Maintain high standards of customer service and store cleanliness.
· Prepare operational reports and ensure compliance with company policies.
· Minimum 5 years of experience in Hypermarket, Supermarket, FMCG Retail, or similar retail operations.
· Good knowledge of FMCG categories and retail operations.
· Experience in inventory control and warehouse management.
· Understanding of e\-commerce and online order fulfilment processes.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and inventory management systems.
· Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.
· Experience managing a Supermarket
· Knowledge of FIFO, FEFO, stock audits, and inventory planning.
Pay: ₹30,000\.00 \- ₹50,000\.00 per month
