\*Key Responsibilities:\*

\- Manage overall store operations and daily business activities

\- Drive sales and achieve store targets

\- Lead, motivate \& manage the store team

\- Ensure excellent customer service

\- Monitor inventory, VM \& operational standards

\- Handle store MIS, audits and compliance

\*Candidate Profile:\*

3–7 years of experience in \*Furniture\*

Strong store operations \& team\-handling experience

Good knowledge of sales, KPIs \& inventory management
