This role leads daily operations, maximizes profitability, manages inventory, and builds a high\-performing sales team. The ideal candidate delivers exceptional customer service while maintaining full compliance with brand guidelines.

• *Key Responsibilities**

Sales \& Financial Performance

• **Meet Sales Goals:** Exceed weekly, monthly, and annual revenue targets.
• **Analyze Metrics:** Track performance metrics like conversion rates and basket sizes.
• **Control Budgets:** Manage operational expenses, payroll costs, and store profitability.

• *Operations \& Inventory Control**

• **Manage Stock:** Oversee inventory levels, ordering, receiving, and stockroom organization.
• **Reduce Shrinkage:** Implement strict loss prevention strategies to prevent theft.
• **Execute Audits:** Lead periodic physical inventory counts and stock reconciliations.
• **Maintain Visuals:** Ensure floor layouts and window displays meet brand standards.

• *Customer Service \& Compliance**

• **Resolve Escalations:** Handle complex customer complaints to ensure brand loyalty.
• **Enforce Safety:** Maintain strict compliance with safety laws and labor regulations.
• **Secure Premises:** Oversee open/close procedures, cash handling, and bank deposits.

• *Required Skills \& Qualifications**

• **Experience:** 3\+ years of retail management or assistant management experience.
• **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Business preferred.
• **Leadership:** Proven ability to build, motivate, and retain high\-performing teams.
• **Tech Literacy:** Proficiency with Point of Sale (POS) systems and MS Office.
• **Communication:** Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• **Physical Ability:** Capability to stand for long periods and lift up to 15 kg.

Pay: ₹20,000\.00 \- ₹25,000\.00 per month
