Structural Design Engineer

Job Summary

We are seeking a qualified Structural Design Engineer to design, analyze, and review structural systems for residential, commercial, and industrial projects. The candidate will be responsible for preparing structural calculations, drawings, design reports, and ensuring compliance with applicable codes and standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Design reinforced concrete (RCC), steel, and composite structures.
• Perform structural analysis and calculations using engineering software.
• Prepare structural design drawings, details, and technical specifications.
• Review architectural and MEP drawings for structural coordination.
• Ensure designs comply with relevant building codes, standards, and safety regulations.
• Conduct site visits and provide technical support during construction.
• Review shop drawings, bar bending schedules (BBS), and construction methodologies.
• Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and project teams.
• Identify and resolve structural design issues during project execution.
• Prepare structural reports, design calculations, and project documentation.
• Support project estimation and material quantity verification.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering (B.Tech/B.E Civil).
• Master's Degree in Structural Engineering is preferred.
• 2–8 years of experience in structural design and analysis.
• Strong knowledge of RCC and steel structure design.
• Familiarity with Indian Standards (IS Codes) and building regulations.
