We are looking for confident and enthusiastic Student Relationship Executives to communicate with students, guide them regarding career opportunities, and help them understand our practical learning programs and industry exposure activities.

The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a professional attitude, and the ability to interact with students through calls and WhatsApp.

Responsibilities

✅ Interact with students and freshers through calls and WhatsApp

✅ Explain program details, learning opportunities, and career benefits

✅ Handle student queries professionally

✅ Guide students through onboarding and support processes

✅ Maintain follow\-up communication with students

✅ Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding activities

✅ Maintain student records and communication updates

✅ Build positive relationships with students and learners

Requirements

✅ Good communication skills in English/Hindi

✅ Confident speaking and convincing ability

✅ Friendly and professional communication style

✅ Basic computer and WhatsApp handling knowledge

✅ Ability to communicate with students professionally

✅ Freshers can also apply

Preferred Skills

✅ Telecalling or customer support experience

✅ Counseling or student support experience

✅ Good interpersonal skills

✅ Basic understanding of Digital Marketing is a plus
