The Supply Chain Capability Development Manager is accountable for designing, embedding, and continuously evolving the capability system that enables CCH’s footprint to deliver step\-change improvements in Supply Chain performance. Spanning all Supply Chain sub\-functions, the role drives the development of critical technical capabilities that underpin operational excellence and future readiness.
Success in the role is defined not by training activity, but by tangible business impact—ensuring critical roles are ready to perform and that capability development translates into measurable improvements across key Supply Chain KPIs, including service level excellence (SLE), quality, safety, cost efficiency, DIFOT, NPS, and the advancement of future\-focused Supply Chain capabilities. **IN THIS EXCITING ROLE YOU WILL:*** Own the SC Capability Framework Build, refresh and embed an integrated capability framework across all SC sub\-functions — common SC Capability competency model, proficiency levels, development standards
8–10\+ years FMCG / beverages / process; substantive SC career across* 2 sub\-functions.
