We are looking for a mid\-level Data \& Analytics Analyst to join our Data \& Analytics practice. This role will focus on transforming raw enterprise data into governed, business\-ready datasets and analytical products that enable reporting, operational insights, and AI\-driven decision\-making.
You will work closely with business stakeholders, data engineers, architects, and analytics teams to design scalable data models, develop insightful dashboards, and enable intelligent analytics capabilities across Supply Chain and Spend Analytics domains.

- Design and develop scalable data models and transformation logic to support business reporting, analytics, and AI\-driven use cases
- Build and maintain Power BI dashboards and semantic models, including DAX measures, row\-level security, and performance optimization
- Write advanced SQL queries for data transformation, aggregation, validation, and optimization
- Develop Python\-based automation for data processing, reconciliation, quality validation, and reporting workflows
- Leverage Snowflake and Snowflake Cortex capabilities to support AI\-powered analytics, intelligent insights, and natural language\-driven experiences
- Apply AI and machine learning concepts to analytical use cases such as predictive insights, anomaly detection, classification, and recommendation\-driven analytics
- Partner with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into scalable analytical solutions
- Support Supply Chain and Spend Analytics initiatives, including procurement analytics, supplier performance, category spend analysis, sourcing insights, and operational KPI reporting
- Contribute to data governance, data quality, lineage documentation, and standardized business definitions
- Work collaboratively within Agile delivery teams across data engineering, analytics, and business functions
- *Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)**
- 3\-5 years of experience in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, or Analytics Engineering roles
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Mathematics, Engineering, or related field
- Strong SQL expertise, including complex joins, window functions, CTEs, query optimization, and performance tuning
- Proficiency in Python for data processing, automation, and analytical workflows
- Hands\-on Power BI experience, including DAX, semantic modelling, dashboard design, and security implementation
- Experience working with Snowflake cloud data platform and Snowflake Cortex capabilities
- Strong understanding of data warehousing concepts and layered data architectures (Raw, Harmonized, Business/Consumption layers)
- Experience working with Supply Chain and Spend Analytics data domains, including procurement, supplier performance, sourcing, inventory, cost, and category analytics
- Strong analytical and problem\-solving skills with the ability to work with both technical and business teams
- *What Will Put You Ahead**
- Microsoft PL\-300 (Power BI) certification \- desirable
- Exposure to AI/ML frameworks and Large Language Model (LLM) APIs
- Experience with dbt or similar modern data transformation frameworks
- Understanding of data governance, master data, and data quality frameworks
- Exposure to ERP platforms such as SAP in Supply Chain or Procurement environments
- Experience working in Agile or product\-oriented delivery models
