We are looking for proactive and technically skilled Support Developers to bridge the gap between Support and Engineering. The role involves troubleshooting production issues, analyzing logs and APIs, supporting integrations, identifying root causes, and helping improve platform stability and customer experience.
We’re looking for two individuals to cover various shift patterns to support the US, Australian and EMEA customers, over 5 days/nights a week, including Sundays. The night\-time shift will benefit from a shift allowance.
The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, experience working with APIs/databases, and the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non\-technical stakeholders.
