ob Summary
We are seeking a proactive and technically skilled ERP Coordinator, System Administrator \& Data Entry Operator to manage our ERP software, company systems, data records, and IT infrastructure. The ideal candidate will support software implementation across departments while ensuring accurate data entry and smooth day\-to\-day operation of company systems.
- Perform accurate data entry and maintain records in ERP software and Excel.
- Prepare and update material lists, packing lists, stock records, production reports, and project documentation.
- Manage and maintain company computers, laptops, printers, and network systems.
- Support ERP/software implementation and user training.
- Coordinate with Accounts, Purchase, Store, Design, Production, and Site teams for software\-related activities.
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly management reports.
- Troubleshoot software, hardware, and network\-related issues.
- Manage user accounts, passwords, email configurations, and system access.
- Enter and maintain accurate records in company software and Excel sheets.
- Prepare and update material lists, packing lists, stock records, and project\-related documents.
- Support ERP/software implementation and data migration activities.
- Coordinate with departments such as Purchase, Store, Accounts, Design, and Production for data collection and updates.
- Generate reports as required by management.
- Sort, organize, and file physical documents for easy retrieval.
- Maintain proper records of drawings, invoices, purchase orders, dispatch documents, and project files.
- Assist employees in using company software and digital systems.
- Coordinate with software vendors for troubleshooting and improvements.
- Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and confidentiality.
- Any Degree / Diploma.
- Good computer knowledge and typing skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and email communication.
- Basic knowledge of ERP/software systems is preferred.
- Strong organizational and documentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and coordinate with multiple departments.
- 1–3 years preferred.
- Freshers with strong computer knowledge may also apply.
- *Salary in : 15,000 \- 23500 per month**
