Good experience in Installation, configuring \& troubleshooting of Office 365, OneDrive, Outlook.
Installation and Managing of antivirus products.
Taking / Monitoring Regular data backup, restoration of data \& mail backup of MS outlook.
Configuring \& troubleshooting of Desktop/Laptops for L1 level.
Basic troubleshooting of networking LAN, WAN, Firewall basic installation.
Vendor Management \& maintaining onsite Asset inventory. IMAC process understanding.
Configuring \& Troubleshooting of Network printers, scanners \& Local printers at L1 Level.
Resolving tickets within the SLA, which is raised from End User side supporting through floor support/Remote support \& Call, support.
