We are looking for an HR Executive to support both recruitment and HR operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating hiring activities, managing employee records, supporting onboarding and offboarding processes, and ensuring smooth day\-to\-day HR operations.
Key ResponsibilitiesRecruitment
Source candidates through job portals, social media, and referrals.
Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Pre\-joining formalities.
Maintain recruitment trackers and hiring reports.
HR Operations
Support onboarding and employee orientation activities.
Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
Assist in attendance and leave management.
Handle employee queries related to HR policies and processes.
Ensure HR records are updated in HRMS systems.
Required Skills
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of recruitment and HR operations.
Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and Google Sheets.
Strong organizational and coordination skills.
Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
Qualification
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
1–2 years of experience in HR Recruitment and Operations.
