We are looking for a dynamic and result\-oriented **Talent Acquisition Consultant** to join our growing HR team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the end\-to\-end recruitment lifecycle, partnering with hiring managers, and identifying top talent across various functions. • *Key Responsibilities**

• Manage end\-to\-end recruitment for technical and non\-technical roles.
• Understand hiring requirements and partner with hiring managers to build effective recruitment strategies.
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, social media, and networking.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
• Coordinate interviews and ensure a seamless hiring experience for candidates.
• Negotiate offers and manage the offer rollout process.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
• Track recruitment metrics and provide regular hiring updates to stakeholders.
• Ensure timely closure of positions while maintaining quality of hire.
• Contribute to employer branding initiatives and recruitment campaigns.
• Stay updated on market trends, talent availability, and recruitment best practices.

• *Eligibility**
• --------------

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• **1–4 years of experience** in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment.
• Experience in hiring for IT and/or Non\-IT roles is preferred.
• Strong sourcing expertise using LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and social media.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously in a fast\-paced environment.
• Experience with ATS or HRMS platforms is an added advantage.
