Are you passionate about recruitment and building a career in Human Resources? We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic **Talent Acquisition Intern** to join our HR team. This internship offers hands\-on experience in the end\-to\-end recruitment process and an opportunity to learn from experienced HR professionals.

• *Key Responsibilities**

• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and employee referrals.
• Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
• Conduct initial HR screening calls.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Schedule and manage interview logistics.
• Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Support offer rollout and onboarding activities.
• Assist with employer branding initiatives and campus hiring drives.
• Prepare recruitment reports and ensure timely updates.

• *Eligibility**

• Postgraduate degree in Human Resources (MBA HR/MSW HRM/MHRM or equivalent).
• Fresh graduates who have completed their PG are encouraged to apply.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and coordination skills.
• Basic proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
• A keen interest in Talent Acquisition and learning recruitment best practices.
