About the Role

We are looking for motivated students to join us as **Talent Acquisition Coordinator Interns**. This internship is suitable for students who want practical exposure to recruitment, candidate sourcing, hiring coordination, HR communication, and people operations.

Responsibilities

• Source and identify potential candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, student groups, and referrals.
• Support candidate communication, screening coordination, and interview scheduling.
• Maintain candidate records and update recruitment trackers.
• Assist with job posting, candidate follow\-up, and basic HR operations.
• Help build a student, fresher, and early\-career talent pipeline.
• Learn recruitment workflows, hiring coordination, and candidate engagement practices.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, Business, Management, Commerce, Psychology, or any related field.
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Interest in recruitment, HR, hiring, or people operations.
• Basic knowledge of LinkedIn, Google Sheets, and email communication.
• Self\-motivated, responsible, and willing to learn.

Internship Details

• Mode: Remote
• Duration: 8 weeks
• Time commitment: Flexible, approximately 1–2 hours per day
• Eligibility: Students and recent graduates
