Role Overview
We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to support recruitment activities, coordinate interviews, conduct initial aptitude screening, and ensure a smooth hiring process.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates, hiring managers, and the recruitment team.
- Conduct initial aptitude and screening interviews via video calls.
- Assess candidates' communication skills, aptitude, and role suitability.
- Coordinate candidate assessments and maintain recruitment records.
- Track candidate progress and collect interview feedback.
- Communicate regularly with candidates regarding interview schedules and updates.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and generate hiring reports.
Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 2\+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment Coordination, or HR Recruitment.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Experience conducting virtual interviews and candidate assessments.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and recruitment tools/ATS.
