• *Role Overview**

TalentXO is looking for a proactive and result\-oriented **Talent Acquisition Executive** with hands\-on experience in end\-to\-end recruitment for Technology, Product, and Design roles.

The ideal candidate should have prior experience working with a recruitment agency or IT staffing company, a strong understanding of the Indian startup and product\-company hiring market, and the ability to independently manage multiple recruitment mandates in a fast\-paced environment.

• *Key Responsibilities**

• *1\. End\-to\-End Recruitment**

• Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle, from candidate sourcing and screening to offer closure and joining.
• Handle multiple open positions across Technology, Product, and Design functions.
• Ensure timely closures while maintaining candidate quality.

• *2\. Candidate Sourcing \& Screening**

• Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, employee referrals, and other recruitment channels.
• Screen and evaluate profiles based on job requirements and technical competencies.
• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and upcoming requirements.

• *3\. Stakeholder \& Candidate Management**

• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and hiring priorities.
• Schedule interviews and manage candidate communication throughout the recruitment process.
• Drive candidate engagement, offer negotiations, follow\-ups, and joining coordination.

• *4\. Recruitment Operations**

• Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and hiring reports.
• Provide regular updates on pipeline status, interview progress, and closures.
• Manage multiple recruitment mandates independently in a target\-driven environment.

• *Required Skills \& Qualifications**

• 1–4 years of experience in Recruitment / Talent Acquisition.
• Minimum 1 year of hands\-on end\-to\-end recruitment experience. Relevant recruitment internships may also be considered.
• **Mandatory: Must have worked with a Recruitment Agency or IT Staffing company within the last 1 year.**
• Experience hiring for Indian startups and product\-based companies.
• Hands\-on recruitment experience across Technology, Product, and Design roles.
• Strong sourcing and screening skills using LinkedIn and job portals.
• Good understanding of the Indian talent market.
• Excellent communication, candidate engagement, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple requirements and meet hiring deadlines independently.

• *Preferred Candidate Profile**

• Strong exposure to agency recruitment or IT staffing.
• Proven track record of sourcing and closing candidates for Tech, Product, and Design positions.
• Comfortable working in a fast\-paced, target\-driven recruitment environment.
• Immediate joiners or candidates available within **7–10 days** will be preferred.

Pay: Up to ₹600,000\.00 per year
