• *About the Role:**

As a Talent Acquisition Executive, you will be responsible for managing end\-to\-end recruitment activities and helping build strong teams across various departments. The role requires excellent communication skills, strong coordination abilities, and the capability to work in a dynamic and fast\-paced environment. You will closely coordinate with hiring managers, leadership teams, and candidates to ensure a smooth and professional hiring experience. This role also provides exposure to employer branding, campus hiring, onboarding coordination, and strategic recruitment initiatives.

• *Key Responsibilities:**

 Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding

 Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media platforms, references, and other hiring channels

 Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews

 Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and ensure timely follow\-ups

 Maintain candidate pipelines and recruitment trackers

 Draft and post job descriptions on various hiring platforms

 Coordinate with colleges and placement cells for internship and campus hiring drives

 Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process

 Assist in onboarding formalities and joining coordination

 Support employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives

 Work closely with internal teams to understand hiring requirements and timelines

• *Eligibility \& Requirements:**

 Strong verbal and written communication skills

 Good interpersonal and coordination abilities

 Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple positions simultaneously

 Familiarity with hiring platforms such as LinkedIn, Naukri, Internshala, etc.

 Basic understanding of recruitment processes and HR operations

 Confident, proactive, and result\-oriented approach

Pay: ₹20,000\.00 \- ₹25,000\.00 per month
