You will be responsible for the entire talent acquisition lifecycle, from understanding manpower requirements with hiring managers to defining job specifications and completing onboarding. Your daily tasks will include proactive candidate sourcing via job portals, social media, and networking, followed by rigorous screening and interviewing. Strong stakeholder management is vital as you will coordinate closely with department heads, provide regular updates, and ensure a positive candidate experience. The role requires the ability to attract and secure high-quality talent within agreed timelines, supporting the growth of our specialized organization.
