We are seeking a dynamic and result\-oriented Talent Acquisition Executive to join our Human Resources team. The incumbent will be responsible for managing the end\-to\-end recruitment process, sourcing quality candidates, and supporting the organization's workforce planning initiatives. The ideal candidate should possess strong sourcing capabilities, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast\-paced environment.
Develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies to attract qualified candidates.
Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle, including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, reference checks, and offer coordination.
Source candidates through job portals, social media platforms, professional networks, employee referrals, and other recruitment channels.
Coordinate with department heads and hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and job specifications.
Schedule and facilitate interviews, assessments, and candidate evaluations.
Maintain and update the recruitment database.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Organize and participate in job fairs, campus recruitment drives, and other talent acquisition events.
Prepare recruitment reports and maintain hiring metrics.
Stay updated on industry trends, recruitment best practices, and innovative sourcing techniques.
Support employer branding initiatives to enhance the organization's talent attraction efforts.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
Minimum 1–2 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
Experience in managing full\-cycle recruitment processes
Proficiency in using job portals, social media platforms, CV databases, and professional networking sites
Strong understanding of recruitment methodologies and sourcing techniques
