Talent Acquisition Executive

• *About the Role**

We are looking for a motivated and detail\-oriented **Talent Acquisition Executive** to join our HR team. This role is ideal for freshers or individuals with up to 1 year of experience who are passionate about recruitment, people engagement, and building strong talent pipelines. You will support the full recruitment lifecycle and help bring top talent into the organization.

• *Key Responsibilities**

• Assist in **end\-to\-end recruitment**, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
• Source potential candidates through **job portals, LinkedIn, social media, referrals, and internal databases**.
• Conduct **initial HR screening** to assess candidates’ fit for the role.
• Coordinate **interviews** with hiring managers and follow up on candidate status.
• Create and maintain **candidate records**, interview trackers, and recruitment reports.
• Draft and post **job descriptions** on relevant platforms.
• Maintain a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and hiring needs.

• *Required Skills \& Qualifications**

• Bachelor’s degree in **HR, Business Administration, or a related field**.
• 0–1 year of experience in recruitment or HR (internships included).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Detail\-oriented with good organizational skills.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
