• *Job Summary:**

We are looking for a dynamic and result\-oriented Recruiter who can manage end\-to\-end recruitment processes. The candidate should have hands\-on experience in sourcing candidates through job portals such as WorkIndia, Naukri.com, Indeed India, and LinkedIn. The role involves sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and closing positions within deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

• Source candidates through Work India, Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, social media, and internal databases.
• Post job openings on multiple job portals and recruitment channels.
• Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates based on job requirements.
• Conduct telephonic and preliminary HR interviews.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
• Generate daily and weekly recruitment reports.
• Salary negotiation, and on boarding processes.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring cycle.

Required Skills

• Experience using Work India, Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, and other hiring platforms.
• Strong sourcing and screening abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of recruitment lifecycle and hiring processes.
• Good negotiation and coordination skills.
• Ability to handle multiple vacancies simultaneously.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets.
• Strong follow\-up and candidate relationship management skills.

Qualification

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 1–3 years of recruitment experience (Fresher’s with portal handling knowledge can also apply).
• Experience in bulk hiring, non\-IT, sales is an added advantage.

Preferred Experience

• Hands\-on recruitment through Work India, Naukri, Indeed, and LinkedIn.
• Experience in sourcing candidates for sales, operations, customer support, field staff, and corporate roles.

Pay: ₹10,037\.68 \- ₹14,644\.55 per month
