Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and result\-oriented Talent Acquisition Executive to manage end\-to\-end recruitment for manufacturing and corporate functions. The candidate should have strong sourcing skills, good communication abilities, and experience coordinating with hiring managers to fulfil manpower requirements within defined timelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end\-to\-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and offer follow\-ups.
• Source candidates through job portals such as Indeed, LinkedIn, and Naukri, as well as employee referrals.
• Coordinate with HODs, Plant HR, and Site HR to understand and fulfil manpower requirements.
• Handle recruitment for junior, executive, and mid\-level positions across manufacturing and corporate functions.
• Maintain candidate databases and follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Ensure timely closure of vacancies as per recruitment TAT.
• Prepare and update daily/weekly recruitment trackers and BU\-wise MIS reports.
• Coordinate pre\-joining formalities, documentation, and onboarding activities.
• Support campus hiring and other recruitment initiatives as required.

Required Skills \& Experience

• 2–5 years of experience in end\-to\-end Non\-IT recruitment.
• Experience in manufacturing and corporate hiring preferred.
• Good knowledge of sourcing techniques and job portals.
• Strong communication, coordination, and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and recruitment MIS reporting.

Pay: ₹40,000\.00 \- ₹42,000\.00 per month
