• *JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:**

The Talent Acquisition Executive / US IT Recruiter is responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring qualified IT professionals for clients across the United States.

This role involves working closely with hiring managers, understanding job requirements, performing end\-to\-end recruitment, and ensuring timely onboarding. Strong

communication skills, proficiency with job portals, and knowledge of US recruitment processes are essential. \* Negotiate salary rates (C2C/W2/1099\), relocation, and

contract terms with candidates.

\* Verify candidate legal status (H1B, Green Card, USC, OPT, CPT).

\* Ensure timely submission of documents like ID proofs, visa copies,and onboarding forms.

• *JOB REQUIREMENTS:**

• 2\-5 years of international experience mandatory
• Any experience into international voice or semi\-voice is must (Customer service , Health Care, Sales)
• Ability to build strong client relationships, Self\-motivated and goal\-oriented
• Regular attendance is an essential function of the job
• Any Bachelor’s Degree
• Proficiency in MS office
