About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and result\-oriented Talent Acquisition Executive with strong experience in end\-to\-end recruitment. The ideal candidate should have hands\-on experience in handling high\-volume hiring, sourcing quality candidates across multiple functions, and driving recruitment closures within defined timelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
- Handle bulk and niche hiring requirements across various departments.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media platforms, employee referrals, and networking.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic/video interviews to assess candidate suitability.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and stakeholders.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Ensure timely closure of positions while maintaining quality of hire.
- Negotiate compensation packages and manage offer rollouts.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process to ensure a positive candidate experience.
- Maintain recruitment trackers, reports, and hiring dashboards.
- Partner closely with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and hiring priorities.
- Ensure adherence to recruitment SLAs and hiring metrics.
Required Skills \& Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 2–5 years of hardcore recruitment experience in agency or corporate hiring.
- Proven track record of handling multiple positions simultaneously and achieving closure targets.
- Strong expertise in sourcing through LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, and other recruitment platforms.
- Excellent interviewing and candidate assessment skills.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast\-paced, target\-driven environment.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
Preferred Experience
- Experience in hiring for Sales, Operations, Technology, Manufacturing, BFSI, or multiple domains.
- Prior experience in recruitment consulting, staffing, or high\-volume hiring environments will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹20,000\.00 \- ₹30,000\.00 per month
