Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Salary: 20k to 30k (based on experience and interview performance)

• *About the Role**

We are looking for a motivated and result\-oriented Talent Acquisition Executive to join our HR team. Candidates should have prior internship experience in recruitment and an interest in sourcing, screening, and coordinating the hiring process. This role offers practical recruitment experience and a performance\-based PPO opportunity.

• *Roles and Responsibilities**

• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other recruitment channels.
• Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
• Conduct initial screening calls and assess candidate suitability.
• Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and hiring managers.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Maintain candidate databases, recruitment trackers, and hiring reports.
• Work towards recruitment targets and support timely closure of positions.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of suitable candidates.

• *Requirements**

• Graduate in any discipline.
• Minimum 6 months of experience in Recruitment or Talent Acquisition.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of recruitment platforms and sourcing techniques.
• Good organisational, coordination, and follow\-up skills.
• Basic proficiency in MS Excel or Google Sheets.
• Proactive attitude and willingness to work in a target\-driven environment.
