We are looking for a proactive Talent Acquisition \& HR Executive who can help us build a strong team by hiring talented professionals and establishing efficient HR processes.
- *Job ResponsibilitiesRecruitment \& Talent Acquisition (Primary Responsibility)**
- Manage end\-to\-end recruitment process for Site Engineers, Project Managers, Designers, Quantity Surveyors, Procurement Executives, and other support staff.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, references, consultants, and networking.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with management.
- Maintain a database of potential candidates for future hiring requirements.
- Follow up with shortlisted candidates and ensure smooth joining process.
- Develop employee referral programs and hiring partnerships.
- Manage employee onboarding and induction process.
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
- Support attendance, leave records, and employee data management.
- Assist in implementing HR policies and procedures.
- Coordinate employee engagement and retention initiatives.
- Support performance review and appraisal processes.
- Assist in building INOUT INTERIORS as an employer of choice.
- Support recruitment campaigns through LinkedIn and other platforms.
- Help create and maintain the company's careers page and hiring presence.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong recruitment and candidate sourcing abilities.
- Good understanding of HR processes and documentation.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple positions simultaneously.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and recruitment portals.
Candidates from Construction, Interior Design, Real Estate, Infrastructure, EPC, Engineering, Manufacturing, or Project\-Based Industries will be preferred.
- 2 to 5 years of experience in Recruitment and HR.
- Experience in hiring technical and engineering professionals is preferred.
₹25,000 – ₹35,000 per month (Based on experience and capability)
