*Key Responsibilities**
Source candidates via LinkedIn, Naukri, and campus networks for bulk campaigns.
Screen resumes, schedule interviews, and manage candidate coordination using Google Sheets and Microsoft Forms.
Contribute to employer branding through LinkedIn posts and job content.
Track metrics, update ATS, and support 100\+ monthly hires.
Help optimize interview processes and candidate experience.
