This internship provides an opportunity to gain practical experience in recruitment, candidate sourcing, resume screening, and interview coordination while developing essential HR skills. \#\#\# Roles and Responsibilities \- Assist in end\-to\-end recruitment for various job openings. \- Source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, and other recruitment platforms. \- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates according to job requirements. \- Conduct initial screening calls to assess candidate suitability. \- Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers. \- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process. \- Post job openings on relevant job portals and professional networking platforms. \- Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and hiring reports. \- Assist in preparing job descriptions and recruitment\-related documents. \- Support the HR team in meeting recruitment targets and hiring deadlines. \#\#\# Eligibility Criteria \- Pursuing or recently completed an MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or a related field. \- Strong verbal and written communication skills. \- Basic understanding of recruitment and talent acquisition processes. \- Familiarity with LinkedIn, Naukri, and MS Excel is an advantage. \- Ability to work independently in a remote environment. \- Good organisational skills, time management, and a willingness to learn. \#\#\# Stipend Structure \- \*\*First Month:\*\* Performance\-based stipend of up to ₹10,000\. \- \*\*From the Second Month Onwards:\*\* A fixed monthly stipend, as communicated by the organisation. \_The first month's stipend will be determined by performance.
