What will your role look like
Lead to oversee and drive our recruitment efforts.
Partner with business leaders and HR to attract, engage, and hire top talent aligned with our company’s goals and culture.
Lead a team of recruiters and be responsible for developing innovative sourcing strategies, optimizing recruitment processes, and delivering a best\-in\-class candidate experience.
Develop and execute the talent acquisition strategy aligned with company goals.
Lead, coach, and develop a high\-performing recruiting team.
Partner with hiring managers and HRBPs to understand workforce needs and build effective hiring plans.
Design and implement efficient, inclusive, and scalable recruitment processes.
Utilize data and metrics to drive decisions and continuously improve performance.
Oversee employer branding initiatives to attract high\-quality candidates.
Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
Manage recruitment technology (ATS, sourcing tools) and ensure optimal use.
Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory employment standards.
Drive diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) in all hiring practices.

We would like you to bring along
Experience (7\+ years) in Talent Acquisition, including at least 3 years in a leadership role.
Strong understanding of full\-cycle recruiting and sourcing techniques.
Experience in high\-growth environments or fast\-paced industries is a plus.
Data\-driven mindset with the ability to track KPIs and optimize for success.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
Strategic thinker with hands\-on execution ability.
