*Roles \& Responsibilities**
Manage end\-to\-end recruitment for creative and media\-related positions.
Source, screen, and hire candidates for roles such as:
2D Animator
3D Animator
Motion Graphic Designer
Graphic Designer
Video Editor
UI/UX Designer
Creative Content Creator
Visual Designer
Develop sourcing strategies through LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, social media, and creative communities.
Conduct initial screening and candidate assessments.
Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and stakeholders.
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
*Required Skills**
4\+ years of Talent Acquisition experience.
Strong experience in creative/media/design hiring.
Excellent sourcing and stakeholder management skills.
Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, Indeed, and other sourcing platforms.
Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
Ability to manage multiple hiring requirements simultaneously.
*Preferred**
Experience hiring for EdTech, Media, Gaming, Animation, Advertising, or Creative Agencies.
Immediate or short notice period candidates preferred.
Pay: Up to ₹800,000\.00 per year
