We are hiring for a motivated and experienced Talent Acquisition Lead. As a Talent Acquisition Lead for the Operations \& Technology function, you will be responsible for establishing a talent acquisition strategy and run the day\-to\-day recruitment operations with your team (1 Talent Acquisition Lead O\&T \- India / 1 Talent Acquisition Specialist / 1 Talent Acquisition Intern). Known for your flawless service, you will be proactive in identifying, sourcing and recruiting top talent for the market. Your internal clients are the hiring managers and sr. management \- including the respective ExCo member for O\&T. The role reports into the Talent Acquisition Director.
*Key Responsibilities**
Design and execute recruitment strategies aligned with TMF’s Diversity \& Inclusion objectives, with a strong focus on attracting Operations and Technology talent across engineering, infrastructure, and business operations functions.
Partner with HR and O\&T leadership to drive workforce planning initiatives, enabling proactive hiring for critical skill areas (e.g., digital, data, automation) and building sustainable talent pipelines.
Collaborate closely with hiring managers in Technology and Operations to understand evolving capability needs, providing market insights and expert guidance throughout the end\-to\-end recruitment lifecycle.
Leverage data, market intelligence, and recruitment analytics to continuously optimize hiring strategies, pipeline health, and time\-to\-fill for O\&T roles.
Lead targeted employer branding initiatives to position TMF as an employer of choice within tech and operations talent communities, including digital channels and specialist networks.
Source and engage highly skilled candidates across multiple channels, including talent databases, tech platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, GitHub), job boards, referrals, and industry events.
Conduct structured screening interviews to assess technical capabilities, problem\-solving skills, and cultural fit within a global, matrixed O\&T environment.
Manage offer processes and negotiations, ensuring alignment with internal benchmarks and market competitiveness for in\-demand technology and operations profiles.
*Key Requirements**
Minimum of 5 years’ recruitment experience, either in\-house or in an agency, with a strong focus on hiring for Operations, Technology, or Digital roles.
Proven track record of successfully recruiting for technical and operational roles across multiple levels within a global organization.
Strong understanding of technology and operations talent markets, including key skill sets, trends, and sourcing strategies.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with a consultative, data\-driven, and client\-centric approach.
Ability to build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders, including engineering leaders, product owners, and operations managers.
Experience using recruitment technologies, applicant tracking systems, and data analytics to drive hiring outcomes.
Comfortable operating in a fast\-paced, evolving environment with high demand for niche and specialized talent.
Experience within financial services or similarly regulated environments is preferred, particularly in tech\-enabled or operational domains.
Fluent in English.
