Responsible for end\-to\-end talent acquisition and fulfillment of semiconductor and engineering hiring requirements while ensuring quality, speed, stakeholder satisfaction and recruitment compliance.

• *Key Responsibilities**

• Manage end\-to\-end recruitment lifecycle for Semiconductor and VLSI positions.
• Drive hiring for ASIC, FPGA, DFT, Physical Design, Verification, Embedded, Firmware and related skills.
• Partner with hiring managers and ensure SLA adherence.
• Build talent pipelines through sourcing, referrals, networking and talent mapping.
• Manage candidate engagement, offer negotiation and joining conversion.
• Ensure ATS compliance and recruitment reporting.

ASIC Design, SoC Design, RTL Design, Physical Design, DFT, STA, FPGA, Analog Mixed Signal, Embedded Systems, Firmware, Device Drivers, Silicon Validation and Automotive Semiconductor.
